Shipping Policy

We are dedicated to ensuring your floral arrangements arrive fresh and on time. Please review our delivery standards and Michigan-specific tax policies below.


1. Delivery Areas and Timing

  • Local Delivery Radius: We provide local delivery within a 22-mile radius of our Michigan shop.

  • Delivery Windows: We currently offer deliveries weekly on Wednesday and Saturday.

    • Orders placed between 12:00 PM EST Monday and 11:59 AM EST Thursday are typically eligible for Saturday delivery.

    • Orders placed between 12:00 PM EST Thursday and 11:59 AM EST Monday are typically eligible for Wednesday Delivery.

  • Expedited Delivery: Orders place before 12:00 PM EST may be eligible for next-day delivery for a higher fee.

  • Holidays: We are closed on Christmas Day (Dec 25th) and New Year's Day (Jan 1st).


2. Shipping Charges and Michigan Sales Tax

  • Tax-Exempt Delivery: In accordance with Michigan Public Acts 20 and 21 of 2023, delivery charges are exempt from the 6% Michigan sales tax.

  • Itemization: To qualify for this tax exemption, delivery fees are separately stated on your invoice and distinguished from the price of the floral arrangement.

  • Handling Fees: Please note that while "delivery" is tax-exempt, any "handling" or "processing" fees remain subject to the standard 6% state sales tax.


3. Recipient Information and Procedures

  • Recipient Contact: We may contact the recipient in advance to ensure someone is home to receive the perishables, especially in outlying areas or during extreme Michigan weather.

  • Gate Codes and Access: It is the sender's responsibility to provide necessary access codes for gated communities or apartment complexes.

  • Failed Delivery: If a recipient is unavailable, our drivers may leave the arrangement in a secure, weather-protected area at their discretion. If no safe location is available, the arrangement will be returned to our shop for redelivery (additional fees may apply).


4. Funeral and Hospital Deliveries

  • Funeral Priority: These orders are our highest priority. Please include the name of the deceased and the service time to ensure the flowers arrive before the first viewing.

  • Hospital Deliveries: We deliver to hospitals. Please provide the recipient’s room number. Note that we cannot deliver to Intensive Care Units (ICU) per most hospital policies.


5. National Shipping (Outside Local Zone)

  • Carrier Partners: Orders outside our local delivery zone may be fulfilled via FedEx or UPS.

  • Tracking: For shipped items (non-local), you will receive a tracking number via email once the carrier has scanned the package.


6. Consumer Protection

  • In compliance with the Michigan Floral Transaction and Consumer Protection Act, we disclose our physical business location as 29924 Meridian Pl Apt 21102, Farmington Hills, MI 48331. We do not misrepresent our geographic origin to ensure you are supporting a legitimate local Michigan business.
